Case Type: Appeal from Visa Denial by the Consular Office in Manila
“Thank you so much for your expertise in helping my wife’s visa status change from denial to approval. We did not know at the time that the denial was based on a section of law (212-A-5-a) that did not apply to our petition I-130 for a married couple. It took your professional immigration law expertise to uncover that we were being denied by the Manila Embassy Interviewer for reasons that did not apply to us. With your letter to the Embassy explaining their error, they turned the denial around and now my wife has her visa approved.
