Case Type: IW1 – Widow of an American citizen accompanied by two minor children
Attorney Susan Perez – Thank you very much for your help in assembling and submitting the necessary documentation and visa application forms for our widowed niece Maria and her two children — leading to the recent approval of their visas from the American Embassy in Manila. Although we never met you in person since we are from Kansas and your office is in San Diego, we still got the sense in the calls and e-mails that you cared about the well-being of Maria and her children. We appreciate that you not only have an office in Manila, but that you answer your phone calls and e-mails personally. Again, thanks so much.

Case Type: K-2 Fiancee Visa Petition
Dear Atty. Susan,
I want to thank you for assisting me and my fiancé Mark for making our dream come true. I received my visa three days before Christmas. This was one of the best Christmas gifts I ever received. The interview went well. The consular officer did not ask a lot of questions and did not bother looking at the 15lbs of evidence I took with me to the interview. I think because the documents you submitted to them were complete and convincing of my relationship with Mark. Thank you for being there every step of the way. You were available all the time when we asked for questions/guidance. And you responded to our emails within 24 hours. More power to you and I hope to meet you in person soon.

Case Type: I-601 Waiver
Dear Atty. Susan,
Thank you very much in your assistance in obtaining my greencard. This has been an unbelievably stressful turn of event for my whole family. I remember consulting two super lawyers in San Diego who both refused and informed me that I have a hopeless case. I strongly believe in the power of prayers which led me to you whom I consider MY LAWYER FROM HEAVEN. Your time, dedication and expertise in handling my case has given us this reality.
Again our heartfelt thank you and may God bless you always.

Case Type: Spouse Petition
After we were married in the Philippines, my Filipino wife and I contacted the offices of Attorney Susan Perez to assist us in presenting the documentation so that my wife could emigrate with me to the U.S..
At every stage of the process we found Ms. Perez’s services to be informative, punctual, and complete. Her expertise was key in resolving several ‘glitches’ in the process, and she was always available both for information and for moral support.
My wife and I are now happily united in the U.S., and we would like to express our appreciation to Susan for her role in this process!

Case Type: Appeal from Denial of I-130 Petition
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! That’s what my brother cried when we told him you won the appeal for his I-130 denial. It has been my mother’s dream to bring my brother to America and when USCIS rejected his petition, we thought all hope was lost. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge, and skill in winning the appeal. We can tell you really cared.

May I have this opportunity to avail of the privilege to extend my utmost gratitude for your sincerity in serving the marginalized. Your commitment in helping resolve my constraints as an individual and a person has in one way or another, pave the way for me. Like all the others who are under your munificient fraternal cause to become a dignified human being, id. es. , the right to communal recognition. After more than 20 years of stay in the so call “land of the free”. Now I can finally say that I’m already part of the community of people which I has long adopted and served. Thus it is but an honor and great privilege to have met and have known a person of your stature and grace – so much for becoming my friend and my ally. I THANK YOU WHOLEHEARTEDLY.
May your kind flourish in every way. God Bless You Always, Atty. Susan Perez.

Case Type: Appeal from Visa Denial by the Consular Office in Manila
4/1/2009
Thank you so much for your expertise in helping my wife’s visa status changed from denial to approval. We did not know at the time that the denial was based on a section of law (212-A-5-a) that did not apply to our petiton I-130 for a married couple. It took your professional immigration law expertise to uncover that we were being denied by the Manila Embassy Interviewer for reasons that did not apply to us. With your letter to the Embassy explaining their error, they turned the denial around and now my wife has her visa approved.
I would recommend that anybody dealing with the immigration process hire a highly seasoned and well educated professional immigration lawyer such as you Ms. Susan Perez. They should leave the process from beginning to end in your hands and let you deal with the various agencies, this way they can rid themselves from headaches and hearache and know they have a professional on their side to fight for them all the way through the difficult lawas and process.
Again Thank You So Much for the happiness we now have because we know we can now start our lives together here in the USA.
Remember energy and happiness is the key to success.
