Founded in 2008, we have successfully represented a diverse clientele of corporations, successful entrepreneurs, and individuals in business, employment, and family immigration. Our clients are from all over the world and we have assisted them in obtaining U.S. citizenship and derivative U.S. citizenship for children born abroad of American parent(s), obtaining green card and immigrant and nonimmigrant visas in a timely fashion, reinstating petitions that have been revoked or terminated, changing or extending their status while in the U.S., defending their removal or deportation cases, appealing visa denials by the consular and USCIS local offices, compelling USCIS to decide on cases that have been pending beyond the normal processing time through mandamus, and obtaining waivers for inadmissibility due to fraud, misrepresentation and criminal offenses.
In addition , we provide legal services in the area of family law such as international adoption and California adoption and divorce. We also represent clients in appellate cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, Federal court of appeals, and advisory opinion from the Department of State.
